PULSE is a private studio that specialises in Reformer Pilates, Matwork Pilates, Classical Ballet and Barre.
Our focus is on precision, technique and tailoring each session to meet the needs of every individual in the class.
Our studio is light, spacious and filled with the highest quality equipment. It is the ideal place to practice all things fitness.
PULSE - EST. 2012
PULSE was established in 2012 and has operated on a referral only system since. PULSE offers certified and specialised STOTTPILATES® Matwork and Reformer, Classical Cecchetti Ballet, En-Core Barre, TOTALBARRE® and is a registered member of the ISTD (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing). PULSE instructors are further specialised in Pre and Post natal fitness, as well as Golf conditioning Pilates.​
